Head of IT at Al Baraka Banking Group wins four IT awards

In recognition of his leadership role in the field of Information Technology (IT) and specifically in Islamic banking industry, the Head of Information Technology at Al Baraka Banking Group Ahmed Khaled Albalooshi recently won four awards in the field of IT management.
Mr. Albalooshi recently received the following awards:
1. Bahrain's ICT Personality of the Year (Private Sector). Given during Meet ICT event in Bahrain. The award was given by Bahrain Technology Companies society (BTECH).
2. IDC Middle East CIO of the Year Finalist (only 6 shortlisted among 46 CIOs in the Middle East). Dubai. IDC is a global technology research and advisory firm.
3. Catalysts CIO Award in Banking and Finance. Dubai. Given by Global Enterprise Connect and organized by Enterprise Channels MEA.
4. Titans in Technology Badge of Honor. Dubai. Given by Enterprise Channels MEA.
Mr. Albalooshi was honored by Mr. Adnan Ahmed Yousif, President and Chief Executive of Al Baraka Banking Group, who congratulated him on this remarkable achievement and wished him success. He stressed that these achievements underscore the capabilities of Al Baraka Banking Group to develop leadership talent that can contribute effectively at to regional and global levels in the field of information technology.
