Announcement of the Board of Directors meeting results in relation to Ordinary / Extraordinary Items

Al Baraka Banking Group B.S.C (“Group”) would like to announce that the Board of Directors Meeting held on 15^th June 2022 at 11:00 am Bahrain Time, where the board discussed/approved the following items:
 
1. Acceptance of the resignation of the Group Chief Executive Officer Mr. Mazin Khairy Manna effective from June 30^th, 2022.

2. Appointment of Mr. Houssem Ben Haj Amor  -Deputy Chief Executive of Business Development and Investments as Acting Group Chief Executive Officer effective from 01^st July, 2022 subject to the Central Bank of Bahrain Approval.
