Al Baraka Banking Group B.S.C. would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that the Ordinary & Extra-Ordinary General Meeting conducted today 23rd March 2022, have not met the required legal quorum which was 2.01%. Accordingly, the second meeting will be held on Wednesday 30th March, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. (Bahrain Time) as per the initial published AGM&EGM invitation letter and through the same electronic means under the administration of the Bahrain Clear Company.
